Associate staff man, JOE TOY, was saved in 1982 at the age of 21.  He was attending Millersville University at the time.  He enjoys train watching, cycling, reading and camping.  He and Wendy also value time with their five boys together as a family.

Joe was introduced to Open Air Campaigners in 1984 through an open-air seminar conducted at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.  He participated in the New Jersey orientation-candidate school that same year.  He was a volunteer evangelist for four years and spent two and a half years ministering as an OAC Intern in our Philadelphia branch beginning in 1987.

God has gifted Joe in the areas of evangelism, computer operation, local church speaking and bookkeeping.  He spent two years in the public accounting field.  He is a commissioned missionary of the Evangelical Congregational Church and also a licensed preacher through this same local church body.

He studied Economics and Business, receiving a BS degree from Millersville University in 1982.  A Masters of Divinity degree was earned from the Evangelical School of Theology through a course of study lasting from 1984 through 1988.  Seminar courses have also been taken by Joe through the Institute of Evangelism, Billy Graham Center in Wheaton, Illinois.

Wendy heads up the home-school education activities at home.  Along with Joe, they are active in their local church.
